02 · Purchase

Products, prices and orders.

  3. 03Applicable price, taxes and delivery charges are displayed before confirmation.
  4. 04Payments use the methods available at checkout.
  5. 05Orders remain subject to availability and necessary payment/fraud checks.
  6. 06Cash on delivery: €4 service fee when the option is available and selected at checkout.

03 · Contract

When the order becomes a contract.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when the customer receives order confirmation or equivalent acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable, the customer is informed and amounts already collected are refunded.

04 · Delivery

Preparation, dispatch and timing.

Current costs and estimates appear on the Shipping page and at checkout. Timing is indicative and may vary because of holidays, peak demand, destination or events outside the seller’s reasonable control.

05 · Withdrawal

The right to change your mind for distance purchases.

  1. 01Where consumer law provides it, withdrawal may be exercised without giving a reason within the ordinary 14-day period.
  2. 02Withdrawal may be communicated through an unequivocal statement. For online-interface contracts, the legally required online withdrawal function is also made available.
  3. 03The online function identifies the consumer and contract and records the electronic channel for confirmation.
  4. 04Receipt is confirmed without undue delay on a durable medium as required by law.

06 · Return

What happens after withdrawal.

  1. 01Goods are returned within the statutory period.
  2. 02Direct return cost is borne by the consumer when properly disclosed, unless PETTI agrees otherwise.
  3. 03Goods may be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  4. 04The consumer may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond that necessary assessment.
  5. 05Secure packaging and proof of dispatch are recommended.

07 · Refund

Timing, amount and payment method.

  1. 01Refunds are made without undue delay and within the statutory deadline.
  2. 02The refund includes the legally due standard delivery cost, excluding supplements for a more expensive delivery option chosen by the consumer.
  3. 03The same payment method is normally used without fees.
  4. 04Where permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until goods or proof of return are received.

08 · Exceptions

When withdrawal does not apply.

Statutory exceptions remain applicable, including where the conditions are met for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Any applicable exclusion is communicated before purchase and does not affect conformity rights.

09 · Conformity

Incorrect, defective or non-conforming goods.

Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee. Incorrect, defective, damaged or non-conforming goods are handled separately from a simple withdrawal and according to applicable remedies.

10 · Account and content

Website use and intellectual property.

  1. 01Customers are responsible for safeguarding credentials.
  2. 02Trademarks, photos, texts and site content may not be reused without permission except where law permits.
  3. 03User content must be relevant and lawful.

Applicable law and contacts.
